Another Fan Comic Update and Survey

This update is short and sweet. Everyone who has backed the Kickstarter and/or made a Backerkit order to include the 10th Anniversary Fan Comic on or before June 6, 2024 will receive the 1.0 version. Any others after that will be the revised 2.0 version. Version 2.0 will start shipping out towards the end of August, thank you for your patience.
I have created a Kickstarter merchandise survey. Please fill it out, share with me your thoughts on this year's offering and suggestions on how we can improve future Kickstarters. If you have not received your orders through the mail, please fill out the survey AFTER you receive them. Thanks!

Fan Comic Shipping Update

Heeeeey peeps I hope your summer isn't too warm! Feeling like Red Mountain over here!
So an update, I shipped most of the Kickstarter and Backerkit orders that include the hoodie, tote, comics, or mostly on the west coast. I did all that the week after Sonic Revolution while I was still in California. I am back in Florida now and have started to pack and ship the remaining orders. Now I have an update in regards to those who ordered the fan comic.
The version of the fan comic that was distributed at the physical event and already shipped is version 1.0. These copies have minor visual mistakes and areas where typographical improvements could be made.
The comic team and I are hard at work revising the fan comic into a 2.0 version that has all of these fixed. The overall story remains the same and no additional features will be included. In addition, there are still only 350 total copies of each cover variant. There isn't 350 of 1.0 and 350 of 2.0. It's 350 of Cover A and 350 of Cover B total. To tell the difference, the back of the comic will have the revised advertisement for Sonic Revolution Online (now considered Shadow Revolution Online).
Now, this is the part where if it matters to you which version you will receive, read on:
- If you backed the Kickstarter, your version is version 1.0
If you only backed the Backerkit shop with no attached Kickstarter pledge ON or BEFORE June 1, your version is also 1.0
With these two specification, expect getting version 1.0. Now if you bought the comic on June 2 and beyond, the copy you get is going to be the revised 2.0. That version is set to be shipped out late August. Sorry for the wait on that, the whole team was wiped after pushing out ver 1.0 at Super Sonic speed!
If you have pledged/ordered the comic on or before June 1 and you have not received a package or tracking number by now from Hidden Palace Games/SEGAMew Studio AND you like to wait to receive the revised 2.0 version instead, email me at [email protected] to let me know and I'll update the notes for your profile. I will give you all until July 26 to let me know before I start packing up these final version 1.0 that I have on me!
If I have a few remaining 1.0 leftover from people who opt for ver 2.0, I will contact those who ordered the comic (A+B combo) between June 2 and June 5 if they wish to receive 1.0 instead of waiting for 2.0.
Lastly, the Backerkit Pre-order shop will be closed soon. Taking its place will be the Sonic Revolution online shop. Prices will change between the two shops so make your final purchases on the Backerkit shop while you still can :)

How to Pick Up Your Kickstarter Pledge and BackerKit Goods

First, check your email(s) you used to pledge on Kickstarter for an email with this subject line:
"We've collected your pledge for Sonic Revolution 2024"
Scroll to almost the bottom of the email body for your Backer Number:
Because some of you input your names differenty between Kickstarter and BackerKit, this is the most easiest way to identify you. You will pick up your badges in the lobby. If you have additional merchandise (including the lanyard and badge reel), you will enter further into the venue pass the badge check and you can pick up at the Hidden Palace Games Booth that's right there. Show your Backer number in the same fashion.
IF you ordered through BackerKit, then show your BackerKit Order confirmation email that shows what products you ordered.
At both badge pick up and merchandise pick up, there will be a sheet where you check and signed off that you received your goods. Please make sure you got everything promised to you! For every order, i have to manually review and put into a spreadsheet and I may made errors or forget some people. BackerKit doesn't make it easy importing data that's for sure.

Long Time No Chat? BADGE SHIPPING INFO

Hi hi SEGAMew here, it's been a while. Been super busy making sure everything is going as smooth as Eggman's immaculately groomed mustache! I just want to share some information in regards to Eggman Rrevolution Badge shipping:
If you backed the Kickstarter under a pledge where badge pick up at the event is required, then it is reasonably assumed you are picking up your badges at the event. If you later add-on physical items to your pledge and for whatever reason you didn't pick Local Pick up under the country (or make it obvious with all the N/A in the address field), it is still reasonably assumed that you are picking up your badge at the event. In the case you elect not to pick up the rest of your purchased goods at the Hidden Palace Games Booth, then your goods will be shipped out to you after the event.
If you purchased badges from the BackerKit Preorder shop, they will be shipped out to you UNLESS you email me at [email protected] letting me know that you rather pick up the badge.
For those with VIP, the Guest Vouchers will not be mailed out, they are pick up only.
If you think you made a mistake on filling out the survey and you actually want to pick up your badge and everything, let me know asap at [email protected]. This is ONLY for people who actually filled out their whole address and didn't pick "Local Pick Up" as your country. If you want your badge shipped and your address is good, you don't need to do anything.
Badges will start to ship out this Tuesday and Thursday. Wednesday is a holiday, happy early Juneteenth!
Don't Pay (too much) additional shipping if you already paid for Shipping on your Kickstarter Pledge!
